Engagement Photo Session Terms/Conditions
1. Engagement Photo Sessions last up to 1 hour long with 1 photographer and produce a minimum of 20-30 finalized high resolution unwatermarked images ready for print! Additional time (if needed or desired) is charged at $199/hour which includes post editing time.
(cannot be combined with any other offer)
2. Small changes to the final photo edits can be made. The first 2 hours are free but after that are subject to $10 per Photo of editing time and must be requested within 7 days of the photo image delivery. Please be advised that we delete RAW files 7 days after delivery and cannot guarantee recovery beyond this time frame.
3. We reserve the right to show our work, behind the scenes moments, and select photos/video on our website/social media; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material. The client, guests, and any persons on the project location(s) should be made aware of potentially being on camera(s).
4. Re-shoots and/or refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, missing appointments, being escorted off site for the client not having a permit, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the VidMedia team.
5. Any FREE offers within a booking will be non transferable and cannot be compensated for other monetary service or value; and must be utilized prior to the booked wedding date.
6. We do not charge any travel fees within 50km of our studio location in Mount Pleasant Brampton.
Regions without travel fees include: Peel, Halton, City of Toronto. * Any city east of Scarborough , North of Orangeville, or West of Oakville will be charged a travel fee as per our add ons online.
7. Any non standard photo/video retouching, removals of features/people , background items, or specific cropping or editing may be feasible upon request and examination. Requested workloads are subject to additional surcharges based on complexity per image and may only be requested after project delivery.
8. It is your responsibility to obtain all permissions, permits, and/or licenses that may be necessary for any location or venue to be used for the event videography and/or photography.
8. Please refer to your booking contract for any outstanding payments or instalments due prior to this session and process as per instructions at least 1 day in advance.

Engagement Photo Tips

Please wear matching or complimentary outfits/layers and avoid harsh patterns such as fine stripes or small checkers if possible

You are welcome to bring any props to your session (examples: blanket to sit on, bottle of wine, custom mugs, smoke bomb(s), hats, your pet, or anything else you'd like us to incorporate into your images

You may consider scheduling your complimentary make up/hair trials (if you have) for the same day to make use of it for the photos
