***Please arrive a MINIMUM of 5 minutes prior to your booked time slot 1 day ONLY! No refunds or rescheduling if missing timeslots.

Cancellation Policy

In case of early or late blooms, this session may fluctuate within 7 days and in such case, the client will be notified of a potential rescheduling, free of charge. Production dates are only secured with a paid deposit. By paying your deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions and the deposit becomes non refundable. Rescheduling unavailable for time sensitive bookings. 1. Photo Sessions last up to 30 minutes long with 1 photographer and produce a 15-30 finalized high resolution unwatermarked images ready for print! (cannot be combined with any other offer) 2. Deliveries shall be made within 7 days of the shoot. Please be advised that we delete RAW files 7 days after delivery and cannot guarantee recovery beyond this time frame. It is the responsibility of the client to save their deliverables after delivery. 3. We reserve the right to show our work, behind the scenes moments, and select photos/video on our website/social media; this includes but is not limited to advertising and promotional material. The client, guests, and any persons on the project location(s) should be made aware of potentially being on camera(s). 4. Re-shoots and/or refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, missing appointments, being escorted off site for the client not having a permit, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the VidMedia team. 5. Any non standard photo/video retouching, removals of features/people , background items, or specific cropping or editing may be feasible upon request and examination. Requested workloads are subject to additional surcharges based on complexity per image and may only be requested after project delivery. ​
