Cancellation Policy

Please note that a booking will be cancelled automatically by our system if the initial deposit is not paid and confirmed within 48 Hours. Production dates are only secured with a processed deposit. By paying your deposit and electronically checking the agreement box on our online booking portal, you agree to all outlined conditions below and the deposit becomes non refundable. 1.        A Production is only confirmed/reserved once the completed booking form has been returned/agreed and the non refundable deposit outlined is paid to vidmedia.ca   2.        All Standard Wedding Video packages ( Cinema ) will include (if not otherwise booked or noted):           o   Up to 10 hours of consecutive coverage          o   Up to 2 videographers (at our production discretion)          o   Professional Audio and Lighting          o   Cinematic multi-camera editing       Custom and corporate bookings noted separately         3.        Standard wedding photo packages will include (if not otherwise noted):           o   Up to 10 Hours of Consecutive coverage          o   Full Frame High Resolution Camera(s)          o   Professional Flash          o   Limited or Unlimited Pictures ( as Per chosen Package )          o   Standard Photo Editing/Colouring Custom and corporate bookings may be noted separately   4.        Small changes to video edit can be made. The first 2 hours are free but after that are subject to $50 p/h of editing time and must be requested within 14 days of first project release   5.         Small changes to the final photo edits can be made. The first 2 hours are free but after that are subject to $5 per Photo of editing time and must be requested within 14 days of the photo image delivery.    6.        Engagement Photos are a 1 hour long session and produce a minimum of 50-80 finalized photos ready for print! Additional time (if needed) is charged at $199/hour, including post editing time (cannot be combined with any other offer). Any FREE engagement sessions are non transferable and cannot be compensated for other monetary service or value; and must be utilized prior to the wedding date.  Re-shoots and/or refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, missing/late appointments, being escorted off site for the client not having a permit, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the VidMedia team.   7a.      For safe business practice and avoidance of copyright infringements;
