One of the ceremonies in a South Asian wedding celebration is the Mehndi ceremony. If you haven’t attended any Indian weddings before, it could be very intimidating if you don’t know what to expect. However, it's always best to sit back, enjoy the moments, and let the photographer capture the actions as they unfold 😊
The "Mehndi Ceremony’ is a pre wedding event where the guests, family and friends of the bride and groom go up to them and apply henna paste on their hands. Sometimes they will have leaves on their palm where guest can put the henna instead of putting it onto their bare hands.
