It’s not the first time we’ve heard this. And it probably won’t be the last....🤫
We recently had the pleasure of capturing an engagement session for Patricia and Arthur — two incredibly fun, down-to-earth people who originally booked us for the video side of their wedding day. When they reached out to see if we could also do photos for their engagement session, we were more than happy to make it happen.
The shoot was amazing — full of laughter, movement, and connection. Somewhere between shots, Patricia turned to us and said:
“We should’ve booked you for photo and video. We already locked in a photographer before we found you.”
When You Split the Team, You Risk Splitting the Story
Most couples don’t realize how much smoother things go when one team handles both your photography and film. We communicate seamlessly on the day. We share the same creative vision. We don’t compete for time or angles — we collaborate to ensure nothing is missed and everything feels cohesive. This affects your timeline, your energy, and ultimately, the final product.
Patricia & Arthur's Realization
After seeing the results of their engagement shoot — and how we moved effortlessly between capturing video moments and still portraits — Patricia and Arthur told us they wished they had reached out to us sooner. While we’re still beyond excited to be filming their big day, it’s a gentle reminder to future couples:
Explore your options before making a decision.
Splitting Your Photo + Video Can Cost More Than You Realize
Many couples think it’s better to shop around and piece together their media team separately. However, what often happens is they end up paying more for less — two contracts, two companies, and two sets of creative visions that don’t always align.
With Patricia and Arthur, they were already committed to another photographer before they found us. But once they experienced how smoothly we work and saw the photos from their engagement session, they realized they could have saved time and money by booking our combo package from the start.
One Team, One Story — Better Value
Our photo + video packages are designed to give you the best bang for your buck — without sacrificing quality. You get one cohesive team, one aligned vision, and one seamless experience from start to finish. No stress, no duplicated effort, and no competing for shots on the day.
When we work together as one unit, we capture your story in a way that feels natural and cinematic — not stitched together by two teams trying to sync styles after the fact.
Learn From Patricia & Arthur’s Experience
We’re still beyond excited to be filming their big day. But their story is a gentle reminder to future couples: Explore your full options before locking in just one service.
If you're just starting your planning journey, let's talk. We’d love to walk you through our full packages and show you how booking one team for both photo and video is not only more efficient — it’s simply smarter.
