FIRSTLY, not only is the QUALITY of our photos and video is absolutely amazing!!!
BUTT I just have to say HOW RELIEVING it was having them be so well organized not only on the wedding day but throughout all of their emails and prep work as well. On the wedding… it was ALMOST like they were wedding day of coordinators most times! It really did help a TONNE! (And I didn’t even have a wedding planner to be honest). Alex took the time to go over our schedule with us 2 weeks in advance and gave great suggestions to maximize everything photo and video wise. The day of, the entire team showed up and were in perfect sync!! Some things did go off schedule (due to make up) but they adapted seamlessly and ensured we were not stressed. It was really nice having team of 4 of them!

We booked VidMedia for our wedding back in September 2022 for our wedding in September 2023. We had a chance to experience what it was like to work with them during our engagement shoot and we must say they made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Alex and Monika along with their team were very organized prior to and on the day of our wedding and we could tell they had a lot of experience working within the wedding industry. In April, we had our engagement shoot and we planned to have our e-shoot outdoors during cherry blossom session. Unfortunately, it was cold and raining the day we were scheduled. Also, my husband and I are not really camera people. But, Alex and Monica made us feel so comfortable and helped us pose, so we looked natural in our photos! West had so much fun! Just from the one hour we spent with them, we knew right there we had made the best choice by selecting them. Just a few hours after our e-shoot, Alex and Monica dropped some teasers of our photos on IG. We were over the moon with these teasers. From the natural poses, to the lighting and editing … we were in awe!!!
Fast forward to our wedding week! Alex and Monica had a pre wedding consultation with us. This was great, as we wanted our special day captured perfectly! They required a detailed timeline and agenda of our day. They also asked us if there was anything particular we wanted captured, this includes any fine details and family/group photos.
On the day of our wedding, we were not worried at all. We had faith that VidMedia and team had everything under control. The entire team worked with us. They were professional, patient, helpful and just simply amazing!
As for our next day edits… we were lost for words. We couldn’t wait for the real deal! Alex promised a maximum of 12 weeks for editing. We received all our photos/videos in just under 4 weeks. Not to mention, we received more photos than promised!

VidMedia have been part of our wedding journey since our engagement photos pre Covid. We fell in love with their style. They had no problem rescheduling for us! twice!
Once we realized that we had to postpone our wedding because of COVID, they were willing to hold a new date for us while we confirmed with our other vendors. We did 2 engagement shoots (1 was a on the spot engagement shoot including the proposal) and our wedding photography and videography. On our wedding day, they were very professional and as flexible as possible given the weather! They were not afraid of taking picture in the rain! All our final edits (photos and videos) were absolutely incredible. Alex willingly made some minor changes after we received the edits and the team was very patient with us during our final album creation.We would highly recommend them and hopefully will get the opportunity to work with them again!

We did an engagement shoot in May and timed it to coincide with the cherry blossoms. They took us to a beautiful spot and made it look like we were the only people there. It was freezing and they kept our spirits up by telling us jokes. The photos turned out perfect and we used them as props for our wedding.

The same-day edit video we had was breathtaking and blew all expectations we had out of the water. I instantly knew that our pictures were being taken by passionate people and it was so easy to enjoy our day, as they were so relaxed and open to any suggestions we had... even if it was climbing the side of a mountain in a side by side to get the picture perfect scenery behind us. I am looking forward to the day when we can meet up with VdMedia again to hopefully have another photo shoot with hopefully some little ones added to the picture!

The most important thing for us while planning our wedding was a great photo-video team to give us beautiful memories as a keepsake. We booked 20 months in advance for the engagement shoot and 3 pre-wedding events in addition to the wedding and reception. It was a very crazy week and the VidMedia crew was always punctual and calm. They were always there 10-15 minutes early and have been such a pleasure to work with. They are fun, innovative and extremely creative. We had so many ideas for our photos and videos and they were always very welcoming of all of them, no matter how unclear our explanations were. 😂 All of our family members were super impressed with their social skills too and they fit in perfectly with the crowd. Till date, we get so many compliments on the excellent customer service, and the quality and speed of our final wedding photos and video. It brings tears to our eyes. We could not have found a better team to work on our wedding and we have been recommending them to all our friends and family who weren’t at the wedding. Thank you!
